Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Clinilcare Environmental Services (“Clinilcare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a quote or walkthrough request, contact us, or apply for cleaning opportunities.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and communication details.
- Facility information: facility name, city, facility type, number of exam rooms, number of restrooms, preferred schedule, and cleaning needs.
- Employment inquiry information: resume, preferred hours/days, experience, and availability if you apply for an on-call cleaning position.
- Website and device information: browser type, pages visited, date/time of visit, referral source, and similar analytics or security information if enabled by our hosting or website tools.
- Messages you send us: emails, form entries, text, phone, or other communications.
We do not intentionally collect patient protected health information, medical records, Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information through our website forms.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to quote requests, walkthrough requests, and service inquiries.
- Schedule facility walkthroughs and communicate about cleaning services.
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, service plans, and follow-up communications.
- Review employment inquiries and contact applicants.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and business operations.
- Maintain records, comply with applicable law, and protect our rights, clients, employees, and website users.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track
Our website may use cookies, hosting logs, analytics tools, or similar technologies to understand website traffic, improve functionality, and protect the website. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no single industry standard for responding to all such signals, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way. If we use third-party analytics or embedded tools, those providers may collect information according to their own privacy practices.
5. HIPAA and Protected Health Information
Clinilcare provides environmental cleaning and janitorial support. Our website is not designed to collect patient protected health information (“PHI”). Do not submit patient information through the website. If a healthcare client requires Clinilcare to access or handle PHI in a way that makes Clinilcare a business associate under HIPAA, that must be addressed in a separate written agreement before such access occurs.
6. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights under California privacy laws depending on the law that applies to a business and the information involved. These rights may include requesting access to information, correction, deletion, information about sharing practices, opt-out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Clinilcare is a small local business and may not meet the statutory thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, fully applicable. Even so, we will make a reasonable effort to respond to verifiable privacy requests submitted to hello@clinilcareevs.com.
California “Shine the Light” Notice
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required disclosures or choices.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small business website. No website, email, or electronic transmission is completely secure. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business records.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised Policy on this page.
