Services may include high-touch surface disinfection, exam room cleaning, restroom sanitizing, waiting area cleaning, trash removal to designated onsite areas, floor care, supply restocking, cleaning checklists, and after-hours cleaning, depending on the written scope of work.

3. Walkthroughs, Quotes, and Proposals

Free walkthroughs and website estimates are preliminary. Final pricing, service frequency, staffing, supplies, exclusions, insurance requirements, and terms must be confirmed in a written proposal, service agreement, work order, or other written contract signed or accepted by the parties.

Submitting a form does not guarantee service availability, pricing, acceptance of a project, or a specific start date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate facility information, scope expectations, access instructions, and safety information.
• Maintaining required licensed vendors for regulated medical waste, sharps, red-bag waste, and other excluded services.
• Removing or securing patient files, medications, valuables, confidential documents, and protected health information from cleaning areas.
• Notifying Clinilcare of known hazards, spills, infectious-risk areas, construction dust, chemical sensitivities, or unusual conditions before service.
• Providing reasonable access, utilities, parking instructions, alarm instructions, and emergency contacts when service is scheduled.

5. Use of Chemicals and Cleaning Tools

Cleaning products, including OXIDE or other disinfectants, are used according to applicable label directions, surface compatibility, client-approved scope, and safety requirements. Clinilcare may adjust products, tools, disposable mop pads, disposable cloths, or procedures based on facility needs, product availability, safety, and written scope of work.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, images, layouts, and branding are owned by or licensed to Clinilcare Environmental Services unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or use our content or branding without written permission.

7. Prohibited Website Uses

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape content in a harmful manner, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
