The information on this website is provided for general business and informational purposes. Website content does not create a client relationship, service contract, guarantee, certification, medical advice, infection-control consulting relationship, or professional legal or compliance advice.
2. Services Described
ClinilCare provides specialized environmental cleaning and janitorial support for healthcare and education facilities. Depending on the written scope of work, services may include routine facility cleaning, high-touch cleaning and disinfection, exam room or classroom cleaning, restroom sanitation, waiting and common-area cleaning, general trash removal to client-designated onsite receptacles, floor care, agreed consumable restocking, deep or detail cleaning, day porter or supplemental support, cleaning checklists, quality inspections, and after-hours cleaning.
Excluded services: ClinilCare does not provide licensed medical services, regulated medical-waste transport, sharps handling or disposal, red-bag waste disposal, hazardous-waste transport, hazardous-drug spill response, biohazard remediation, trauma cleanup, mold remediation, pest control, formal infection-control consulting, or cleanroom testing or certification. These services are outside ClinilCare's standard scope and must be handled under separate arrangements by appropriately qualified providers.
3. Walkthroughs, Quotes, and Proposals
Free walkthroughs and website estimates are preliminary. Final pricing, service frequency, staffing, supplies, exclusions, insurance requirements, and terms must be confirmed in a written proposal, service agreement, work order, or other written contract signed or accepted by the parties.
Submitting a form does not guarantee service availability, pricing, acceptance of a project, or a specific start date.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate facility information, scope expectations, access instructions, and safety information.
Maintaining required licensed vendors for regulated medical waste, sharps, red-bag waste, and other excluded services.
Removing or securing patient files, student records, medications, valuables, confidential documents, protected health information, and other sensitive information from cleaning areas.
Notifying ClinilCare of known hazards, spills, infectious-risk areas, construction dust, chemical sensitivities, or unusual conditions before service.
Providing reasonable access, utilities, parking instructions, alarm instructions, and emergency contacts when service is scheduled.
Identifying any site-specific requirements such as background screening, identification badges, security procedures, product approvals, restricted areas, or additional insurance before service begins.
5. Use of Cleaning Products and Tools
Cleaning products and disinfectants are used according to applicable label directions, surface compatibility, the client-approved scope, and safety requirements. ClinilCare may adjust products, tools, disposable mop pads, disposable cloths, or procedures based on facility needs, product availability, safety, and the written scope of work.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, text, images, layouts, and branding are owned by or licensed to ClinilCare Cleaning Services unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or use our content or branding without written permission.
7. Prohibited Website Uses
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape content in a harmful manner, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
